See The "BEST"

Are you bringing out the best in your team? I was inspired by my devotion this morning. Many companies fail to do this these days. The employee is simply there for the pay check that is their only reward. There used to be a relationship between the employer and the employee, it is rare to find these days. The successful organization does things different. They not only receive a paycheck, but they are nurtured by the people they work for. When you follow these you will bring out the best of each person on your team and help them become the leaders of the future. Get out there and start nurturing your team and you will build a successful one. We should also use this when raising children, because they are the leaders of the future!
